Sleep Disorders Clinic

A convenient, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to healthful, peaceful rest

Saint Anthony Center for Sleep Disorders was created to provide a comfortable, easily accessible, highly responsive facility to serve patients and physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. Each diagnosis begins with a thorough patient history, including medical, psychiatric, sleep and drug histories. The Center for Sleep Disorders staff brings together a sleep diary, personal knowledge of sleep habits (spouse, families, friends), and data from the monitored sleep study to prepare a thorough report for the referring physician.

The Center’s Sleep Team works closely with the patient and the referring physician to ensure accurate and thorough diagnosis, patient comfort, and prompt reporting of results. The team approach provides a continuum of care encompassing testing, treatment and referrals as needed. Sleep disorders treated:

  • Sleep related breathing problems, including snoring
  • Narcolepsy - the tendency to fall asleep uncontrollably
  • Sleep related myoclonus - spasms, twitches and movements in legs and arms
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS)
  • Insomnia - difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep
  • Sleep apnea - the inability to breathe properly during sleep and its indicators, including snoring
  • Parasomnias and other dysfunctions, including sleep walking, night terrors, night seizures, bedwetting
  • Pediatric sleep disorders

The Center for Sleep Disorders state-of-the-art equipment includes painless monitoring equipment that allows freedom of movement.
